The samples arrived and are perfect size but the flavours are very sweet and taste synthetic I was gutted as I was looking forward to going with a new protein company for my gym work outs I measured perfect as instructed also with water

The delivery driver put it in the garden I ve only just found it I think you should have had better correspondence with me then I would be strutinising the price 20 servings of water melon Eaa for 24 quid that s quite a price I hope it s yummy

Product is great - Delivery company awful

Product is great but the courier company failed to deliver so instead of leaving the product in the porch like every other company does they dropped it off at an Argos store in the middle of a busy city This meant that although I paid for NDD I didn t get the product until 5 days after ordering and meant I had to waste time getting into High Wycombe

You was badly let down by your courier

You was badly let down by your courier who twice messaged me with confirmation of delivery days and times and both times never showed then on the day they delivered they left with a neighbour and never told me or carded me after they had asked me for a safe place which I confirmed was my porch Not only that I then had to chase to find out where my paid for goods were Not good enough in this day and age of transparency and information

Way too sweet and doesn t mix well

In terms of nutritional value it s good but it s way too sweet and I mean really sweet especially the vanilla flavour which almost made me sick Also they don t mix well in water and no matter how well you mix you will always get lumps of it So if they will ever manage to fix those two issues then it will definitely be a 5 star product

DPD Don t Pay Delivery

Finally got it after the first one went missing thanks to DPD thieves Took nearly a week to get a response then when they said they d send it out next day delivery still had to wait for another 3 days for it to arrive Better off getting it from a different company who don t use DPD then you might get it

Scoop measurements are wrong

The discounted price of 40 for the 2kg 100 whey tub is deceiving as the scoop measurement is not 35gr as per label but closer to 19gr So to reach the quoted protein levels per serving you need to double scoop Under that prism the tub is actually costing more vs other major brands that offer 70 servings per 2 2kg a tub for 65-80 without marketed discounts Please correct this as it impacts customer trust

I really wanted to like these but they really do not mix as others I use The flavours taste nice of the bomb and the tropical clear is a nice flavour but I just couldn t get the lumps out in my shaker bottle Sadly I had to tip them away

Usually an excellent protein with balanced light and smooth flavour Now it is ultra sweet with a nasty after taste Maybe sweeteners I ve been using for years but will be swapping very soon if it s not sorted
