Timely delivery Excellent Whey Bad Casein

Timely delivery good Whey Protein Have not tried other supplements yet but I really like the flavours you guys have Unfortunately this time I ordered Micellar Casein This is the first time I am using Casein and I don t know if it s supposed to mix this bad but this powder does not mix at all with milk or water

This is a great vegan protein powder but you sent me a free sample that was a WHEY based formula which I obviously couldn t use Please make sure that when sending free samples that you send appropriate ones that the buyer can actually make use of this will certainly increase your sales

Great product

To be perfectly honest I didn t apply for samples for working out etc I have a poorly relative who s not eating and I thought these might help I had a selection of 5 sachets in different flavours I mixed with a small amount of water until smooth then blitzed with fresh fruit and milk to make a nutritional smoothie He really enjoyed it and it was a quick and easy way to get some sort of nutrients into him Thank you so much I will be getting more

Simple and effective

Simple order process and product was here as promised Still can t quite work out why it s cheaper to buy the Clear Protein in individual sample sachets rather than in bulk 510g tub but I m assuming someone at Reflex has a good reason for pricing like that

It s the best vegan protein powder out

It s the best vegan protein powder out there for taste texture and quality It would be beneficial to have a 1kg option to buy though like with your other proteins I m not sure why one isn t available for the plant based protein 500g doesn t last long enough and doesn t make it cost effective unless there are offers on

Even when they mess up they fix it

Although the product I ordered was out of stock instead of just cancelling the order they replaced it with one which has a longer shelf life Unfortunately there was then a cock up with the address they sent it to and after waiting a week I emailed them and they responded quickly apologised and got it sent out to thr correct address the same day This excellent post sale customer service says a lot about a company and I appreciate it - hence why I ve used Reflex for a couple of years now

I m just a new customer I ve only tried one product Clear Whey Isolate Definitely a level above what I m used to liked this product will be ordering more in the future I also found Greg from customer services to be very helpful

Quality protein

Quick delivery good taste and like that it is from grass fed cows Think it has sucrelos which is a downside for me but you have to compromise sometimes or pay a lot more But over all happy and would buy again Recommend

Great Customer Service experience

Update re-rated - Reflex team responded in a timely manner which is a good indicator of their service It seems the Whey sampler pack was dispatched rather than Discovery Pack which is being rectified I ve used Reflex products in the past mostly the tasty R Bars so hoping there s a product in the pack I enjoy and inclined to purchase the full item Will revisit my review once I try each of the products The Pack arrived expecting the variety as per advert and purchase confirmation instead I received all Whey samples No BCAAs no Bomb or clear Whey I ll be returning for refund

Order took a bit longer then expected but I guess I m used to Amazon Prime who are super fast otherwise not bad
