Would give a zero star review if I could- Worried that company is a scam at this point
I purchased a macbook via refurbished store I chose to cancel the sale and return the item for a full refund This was more than 3 weeks ago and I am STILL awaiting my refund I was told that a refund could not be made due to a technical problem with Stripe - interestingly my own employer uses Stripe to process payments and there are no delays there I was then told that the problem was solved and I would receive my refund by Wed 07 08 24 - Nothing received Customer service sent the same canned email saying that the refund was delayed due to technical problems and there was no timeline on resolution I have contacted the Consumer Protection Association in the Netherlands about this and am seeking legal advice The woman I spoke to on the phone of the CPA literally said Oh Ja There are a lot of problems with Refurbished Store
