Excellent return and refund

I bought the reMarkable 2 for my wife as a Christmas present but she did not want it as she wanted to stick with her Apple iPad and Pencil 2 I had to return the device without having opened the package The return and refund experience was first class No questions asked refund arrived within days They even arranged to have the package picked up from my home by DHL free of charge Highly recommended

No wait in connecting to online technical assistance They wete able to direct me to proper person who assisted provided solutions and followed up with email to inquire if problem was rectified Love this product No more yellow legal pads full of notes

I have dealt with Remarkable before with excellent results This time I purchased a Remarkable 2 with keyboard folio which I retain and one with a folio cover as a present The recipient wished to change so I returned A smooth process The unit I retain gives me every satisfaction lovely to work with Great Customer Support

I really enjoy the Remarkable 2 writing pad It keeps me organized and allows me not to have so much paper around When I had an issue with the stylus Remarkable followed up diligently until I had the replacement in hand

I love my Remarkable 2 I m a big fan of gadgets but if they don t catch on I ll quickly put them away somewhere hello iPad Mini The Remarkable 2 is completely different - I now use it to create and above all structure all my notes mostly professional but also personal The haptic is wonderful and the battery life awesome I m very happy and will definitely be sticking with it The only mini drawback is that part of the tip of the Remarkable Pen has already broken off at the front twice - but that s a problem that customer service did a great job of solving with me However I would gratefully accept a protective cap for the pen and the tip All in all a clear recommendation to buy from me 3

Fine product and Customer service

Except for the fact that the reMarkable is a very fine product itself I was very satisfied with the immediate support received from the company s Customer Sevice Apparently my order was charged but not alerted at reMarkable properly so the product would never be shipped Actions were prompted and I could have my money reimburshed in no time That gave me a very good feeling and trust that I m supported no matter what Highly recommendable

Exceptional service

Access to customer care service was easy and the problem was immediately addressed Hope that the company will take steps to reinforce the plastic rim around the writing nib so that this will not recur Although this problem should not have occurred in the first place the response of the company was exceptional Well done
