Fast service helpful and quick response to questions and product is great It didn t wow me at first but every day we ve had the product I ve liked it more and more It s comfy Initially I thought the sectional was a bit hard to sit on but it s gotten more comfortable without losing its shape It has plenty of storage underneath to keep clutter at bay Only downside is the assembly as it took a bit to get it done and we had trouble lining up the sides to properly attach The wood is also not smooth and some of it came loose on assembly but not enough to be a problem

I absolutely love my deep seat
I absolutely love my deep seat sectional and ottoman I live in an RV and needed the right size and comfort for my space PLUS I needed extra storage Problem solved It s so comfortable and I love the color

So glad to find Home reserve
The customer service was top notch I did a standard trial and the deep seat sectional dropped right before I bought the standard pieces it was no trouble to pack the standard trial up and get the deep seat trial started Assembly was time consuming but not hard We love our deep seat sectional it s a prime napping relaxing spot for the whole family I love that I can reconfigure anytime and that there is always the possibility to change the fabric or add pieces

Pet friendly
I am very pleased with my couch It did take a couple hours to put together but once you get the hang of it then you re smooth sailing It is definitely pet friendly and you can wipe anything off So far so good

New cover
I was redecorating and rearranging the furniture in my house so I ordered a new cover for my sectional It made the couch look brand new and brought it back to life I contacted customer service about a small issue and they were so responsive and fixed my problem instantly Highly recommend this company
