It works - its a bit fiddly but anyone can do it

So where do I start - Audi A6 Vorsprung every toy in the world but no remote start Head-up display soft close doors heated steering wheel but if its frozen its a case of stand there a scrap it - Audi do not offer remote start on ICE cars So whats the alternative After lots of looking came across Remote Start - I should say now I didn t know them or the product before it hit -2 in UK I bought the long range Audi A6 pack for 619 00 and then contacted remote start to recommend someone who could fit it - the only oproblem being that thye were chocka for 6 weeks and it was getting very cold outside So I read the blurb in the box and watched the vidoes and thought how hard can it be The reality is that I am 50 company director who takes his car to main dealer for servicing so not particularly hands on - but this fitting seemed to be a case of just unplugging one set of wires and plugging in another - how hard could it be So armed with a coffee and a basic toomkit I set about the boot of the Audi - followed the instructions and considering i haven t worked on a car since i put better speakers in my Ford Capri - 3 hours later it was done and all back together Someone who is more nimble and has worked on cars this century would have done it in an hour or so It s brilliant - two fobs one on my keys one beside the bed - get up make a coffee notice cars frozen push the remote when i go to work car warm and fully defrosted - but equally in the summer it would be cooled - as it simply works on the last set temp in the car This is one of the products that does what it says on the tin - it s brilliant
