Signed up over a year ago Have had multiple technical issues with my account that took over a month to resolve Most of the surveys I m showed as not at all relevant to me and the ones that are never pick me Have gotten no benefit out of this but have sure wasted a lot of time with technical glitches

Researchers have lied and no one will help me or respond to my emails

I am another one of the participants who has done a study for them 2 hours long and not been paid it s been over a month and I haven t heard back to any of my emails Very disappointing would advise other users to be very cautious if using them

Poor experience using the site

Poor experience using the site I can t even complete my profile there is always an error message I tried switching browsers from chrome to Firefox and the page won t even load on Firefox I will no longer be using this website it s nothing but a scam

Signed up on the Respondent platform to see if I would qualify for any focus groups after reading on a blog how a woman was making a few bucks here and there But wanted to edit my employment status as it said that you could at any time but it wouldn t allow me to so I contacted support Come to find out that my account is now locked and that I have to wait 4wks now What a joke after I applied for three studies Gonna tell them to delete it

Ignores emails no payment

I completed a 90 minute session and have not gotten paid I ve contacted the researcher and Respondent and have received no response I was also marked not attend for a study that I did attend and the researcher ended after 5 minutes No response from Respondent from those emails either Answer your emails

I was mistakenly assigned Researcher

I was mistakenly assigned Researcher status although I signed up as a Participant Since then I ve attempted to correct numerous times and was told by phone that I am a Participant Nope Not so and now I can t even sign in

4 months and not chosen for anything

I have been filling out screeners for about 4 months now and have not been chosen for a single one I have wasted about 15 hours doing screeners in this time waste of time They insist on having my work email but due to it being an email through the DoD I can not give it to them EDIT 7 30 22 I finally updated my work email Thinking this would give me a better shot Alas the verification got caught in quarantine and my boss promptly got in my butt I now have to take a class on identifying espionage personal identification information and cyber awareness Thank you Respondent D

Fraudulent activity of Respondent

Hello to everyone I am Alex from Russia I d been working for Respondent for 2 months and I didn t get paid at all however I ve found more that 60 specialists for them working on their so called referring program I will definitely write an article about their fraudulent activity on the Internet so that other people know that it is a SCAM Thank you to all of you for the truth Don t believe Respondent They don t answer your questions in an appropriate way They constantly deceive you changing the terms and the prices of their fraudulent projects They just won t answer you if you ask them to explain their tricks Scam shame and eleborate lies

NO SURVEY QUALIFICATIONS IN 2-3 YEARS

I was going to leave a review saying that I don t think anyone who is unemployed can get qualified for a survey on this site because most survey descriptions require that you have XYZ job but then I remembered that I signed up when I was employed and couldn t get qualified for surveys then either I ve been with them for 2-3 years and have yet to take a survey from them Pathetic on their part

78 prescreening test were taken

78 prescreening test were taken only 2 surveys were completed ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME As someone pointed you already do the survey for free by completing the prescreening so they don t need to invite or pay you anymore
