TLDR AT THE BOTTOM I ve been a customer for many months and had the team do multiple projects that my broken fingers can t anymore Great communication Honest prices Good labour backed up by good customer service And they fix handhelds They also mods them to bring them into relevance such as power and hdmi mods TLDR got old dust collectors Let the team put you on the track to retro gaming bliss

Absolutely stellar service Reached out asking when something was in stock for my sons birthday present He told me it would be in stock and delivered in time He chucked in some freebies for my son as well My son was over the moon with his new handheld

Excellent GBC Repair

Had an excellent experience with the team to repair my old Gameboy Colour The work was of fantastic standard and I was kept up-to-date throughout the whole process The return was also very quick and packaging was excellent Pricing was very competitive I would not hesitate in recommending this company for repairs and will certainly use them again in the future

Above and beyond

I honestly cannot rate Steve and this company high enough As mentioned in some of the other reviews Steve really went above and beyond I sent in a Gameboy colour in for repair which was then very quick and fantastic value and top notch communication throughout You don t get this level of service in many places and I cannot recommend Retrolize highly enough

Awesome from start to finish

Accidentally came across these guys while looking for an emulator Online chat confirmed all was as described updated SD cards etc Pressed the button and device was here within 48 hours and that was few days before Christmas I will definitely use again as more of the Fam are interested in these handhelds Totally recommend

I bought an emulation handheld from Retrolize and Steve was an absolute legend to deal with great communication and he was happy to help me get exactly what I needed all ready to go out of the box I would have been a bit lost if I hadn t stumbled across Retrolize so I m incredibly glad I did Will definitely make them my first port of call in the future for anything retro gaming related
