Very very bad
Very very bad I ordered the phone Samsung a51 the phone did not come in the complete set I didn t like the phone I sent it back A few days later returhuset send me email that the phone which I returned was damaged And they issued an invoice for 598 krons because I broke something What Really The phone worked good when I returned it So I think that the invoice was not justified at all It is a very bad site I will never order anything from it

Terrible Ordered a kitchen item and tried to cancel the following day upon realizing that it may be the wrong type of model They said sure at first I started looking at other models The next day I received an email saying this was not possible because the order was too far in the processing chain Really In under 24 hours I think they just wanted to force a sale Now I have to wait for the item to ship and then return it And pay the return shipping fee If they had provided better descriptions of their products in the first place none of this would have happened When I ask customer support about the model they just say Whatever s written there in the description They do not know their products and they do not care about giving clear specifications They also are not very interested in providing any customer support You would think they would try to help their customers find the right products not just tell them to order at their own risk
