I wanted to use them

I wanted to use them I went on their site - they hide their pricing They want you to use them free first then once you are hooked you won t care as much about the price You have to wait for a chat person to actually get a price out of them It s 89 for Google reviews They said they couldn t say that on the site because there are too many elements Well you decide was that so hard they couldn t just list that

Similar web platforms destroying honest services

Tried to set up an account with reviews io during a registration process been informed that the platform not free and I have to pay some fee to keep my companies name in there While had a conversation with the review io representative tried to find out the benefits of having my company in there and been informed by the lady on a phone that with them I can delete 1-star reviews WOW in my opinion if you re an honest service and providing excellence in your trade the last thing that you want to do is to pay money to someone who will keep all costumers opinions in one place Similar web platforms destroying honest services

The service is just way too expensive What startup e-commerce business is going to pay 4x what they pay for their web hosting and fulfilment management software i e Shopify for a review service Its ridiculous Look to Yotpo or Judge me who are much more affordable for startups

Considering using reviews io

We were considering using reviews ioseems to be total self fulfilling company with 280 for not even email support on their cheapest package The disproportionate pricing for the service is enough to put any small business off
