Excellent Service Going to Hawaii

I signed up for RewardStock after seeing their Founder s pitch on Shark Tank I had started using travel reward cards but had not tried to redeem points The timing was perfect as we were planning a spring break trip to Hawaii next year I had some questions about the search feature and sent a request for help Soon after submitting the request I received an email from the RewardStock team with an offer for additional assistance They went over and beyond expectations to ensure that I was able to use their service to book our travel Hud the Director of Member Success provided personalized service by searching for our travel options and then helping me book the travel over the phone As a result my family of 4 is now going to Hawaii and paying less than it would cost to drive to Florida 10hr drive for spring break We are so excited as this has been a dream vacation for our family for years RewardStock provides an excellent service that will allow families and friends to have memorable travel experiences together at a very low cost They have definitely earned my business for years to come

Great customer service

I heard about the site service a few weeks ago when my wife suggested we try it with some unused points on two of our credit cards Quantities build up for a number of years Anyway after trying to get through the web site question forms to book a trip to Ireland this summer It all seemed great until I got to a point of entering credit card to make the reservation and the site froze up and would not allow me to enter numbers Gave up for the weekend and had had the phone call to confirm my reservation Monday at noon At some point the window I left open with all my info disappeared and I was back at the dashboard Couldn t get anywhere My agent Hudson Callaway talked be through the process after finding my reservation Anyway there were some miscommunications at the start but in the end I was able to get 3 FREE premium coach tickets to Dublin from Phoenix with one of the point programs and with the other able to book a 4th ticket by applying some bank cash back to drop a business class ticket to 2800 Thus got the flights we wanted and 4 tickets to Ireland for about 2800 total and a bunch of unused points--and they are not all regular coach Hud really helped us
