I ll start by saying to do pay for my account so can only comment from this point of view However for paying 15 a month I have had my moneys worth I was in bad credit due to my ex partner getting debt in my name and not paying it back about 6 years ago I m now in a position to buy but needed to sort my credit score so signed up In two month they have disassociated my name from my ex Queried 3 negative accounts on my file which should have been deleted off with my iva ended in May but the iva company had not tied together with the iva leaving them still active I called my iva company and they palmed me off saying they didn t represent me anymore since my iva had ended and the courts refused to help also Yet experian had it sorted and deleted off my account within a month My credit rating has went from strength to strength and now in a position to buy If I hadn t used experian this wouldn t have been the case I don t normally leave reviews but I myself read the reviews left before joining and nearly never and what a mistake that would have been Lastly I have had great customer service experience every time I rang online chat or emailed requesting copies of information

Higher Score than the others

Showing a much higher score than Clearscore Noddle Thankfully the bank used Experian and I ve been given a much better rate Best of all it was free Well done

Twice now Experian has out done themselves with the service provided Thank you for not allowing suppliers treat consumers like crap because they feel they can put negative markings on consumers records
