Absolutely terrible company

Absolutely terrible company Placed my order for an iPhone 14 pro max case at the beginning of September Website stated delivery would be early October I get an email saying there is a delay and delivery would be before 17th October My iPhone arrived 1st October so I haven t been able to use it to date 17th October arrives still no phone case I emailed a shirty email saying if there was a further delay to cancel my order I received a reply today saying it would have been shipped out today but they cancelled the order anyway Unbelievable

A complete joke The site is dishonest about it s shipping times as if it s a random drop shipper or just one person running a bad small business I spent 46 on a phone case that still hasn t arrived after 3 weeks Look at other reviews to see just how dishonest they are about shipping times it s childish pathetic and unprofessional Tell your customers that because of covid it will come in x amount of time Start running an actual online business please we pay a premium price for you to behave like a first time low budget dishonest inexperienced company

Awful product poor service Avoid

Bought these as I thought expensive better The case isn t flush with the phone They told me it s supposed to be like that The back of my phone cracked after simply being in my pocket I assuming coming into contact with keys The front screen completely smashed when i dropped it on kitchen tiles once Absolutely appalling product Completely ruined a new phone because I thought they would be Military Standard

I would avoid buying from this company Their delivery time estimates are a flat out lie My confirmation clearly says delivery 2-5 days it s not until you make an order they tell you that this estimate is AFTER you receive the tracking number Any europe bought custom collaboration case is made in Taiwan then sent their main centre in Europe then finally to your destination country then to you Please be aware of this before you order as it s very misleading

Pixel 6 Pro Screen Protector

Ordered the Pixel 6 Pro screen protector which took a very long time to arrive since it shipped from France I tried fitting it tonight but the instructions were so poor it already had debris on it before it had even been applied to the phone It very easily can be incorrectly applied not least of all because it isn t clearly marked I wouldn t waste money on any of their products ever again

NEVER EVER AGAIN

Disgusting customer service poor quality products I am absolutely shocked by the way customers are treated I work in a phoneshop and we treat customers with respect and reward loyalty I would never order from this place ever again there are much better offerings by better company s such as mous and many more

Slow

Estimate delivery 2-6 business days It took them 4 business days to ship the order so not surprised that its not here on the 7th day Ordered on weekend before Black Friday week so should have been one of the first being processed during that week There is also no shipment tracking provided simply states shipped

Rhinoshield Not In UK

I ordered my new phone from another company and it arrived the very next day I ordered the case for the phone from Rhinoshield UK and now 5 days later I still haven t received it so I cannot take my phone out with me which I find sad and frustrating I hadn t read the reviews on Trustpilot before ordering - had I known about the way Rhinoshield operate - that their products have to be shipped from Taiwan after they are ordered is not only slow but a waste of resources I now have my doubts about the honesty of the videos on the Rhinoshield website that show a phone being carelessly chucked against a concrete floor I no longer believe the hype because I now know how that company operates it s not real
