The team at primal were brilliant at assembling a quote for a rather large private gym that we were setting up for both functional fitness and powerlifting The quality of primal equipment is incredible so that is why we stuck with them when it came to expanding the gym Almost everything in that gym will be supplied by primal and personally I cannot weight to get going I hope this review is concise and helpful

Great service and great quality equipment equipment

I dealt with Glen at Primal when ordering my new gym equipment and I went back and forth with Glen multiple times changing my mind on the equipment I wanted Whilst common sense told me this must have been annoying for Glen if that was the case he certainly didn t show it and was able to process all of my orders and changes without any issue at all Once the equipment arrived I am really impressed with it and I m pleased I decided to equip my gym with Primal products

Everything was amazing

Really god communication Customer service was easy to get hold off Speedy delivery the driver was so helpful unloading and getting it around to the back of the house And most importantly top quality took as a while to build but now it s up we love it

Non delivery

Despite waiting in all day for the delivery it did not come They said it would come the following day but it didn t come either I can t rate a product I have still not received I think you need a different courier

Helpful sales team

Had a slight issue with an order through eBay but Calum was super helpful and quickly sorted me out with an alternative package Also bought new weights and bar from Primal recently and the quality is spot on

Initially there were a few problems due to a warehouse mix up however Primal went above and beyond to rectify this ensuring that we were extremely satisfied with our products Thank you to Calum in particular for proving that good customer service does still exist

Best grips I ve ever had

Best grips I ve ever had used them for 3 workouts now and they appear to be of great build quality feel very premium and functionality much better than a large variety of straps grips gloves I ve had over the years Very pleased with my purchase and couldn t recommend more top stuff Primal

Top customer service

50KG plates are difficult to find but Primal strength do some really great quality ones Their websites said they didn t deliver to NE Scotland which is quite common I contacted them direct and Chris from sales got back to me and sorted it all out 2x 50Kg plates delivered really quickly with great comms and a quality product Couldn t ask for more and would recommend Primal Strength and Chris to anyone in the future
