Maybe just need to improve delivery times it took 10 days for rotor disc to get delivered

Delivery from placement of order was very efficient Customer service team always helpful My one recommendation would be to provide more details on the order status page - I was unable to see details of my order here nor the eta for delivery Customer service team were great at providing this information however would have been nice to have had it there on the screen Overall very pleased and can t wait to get out on my new Ribble

Instructions could be better still haven t paired bike to screen I put it down to my age

Bike delivered briskly well packaged and well built assembled Only slight disappointment was front brake needing to be reset adjusted and found to be loose on the frame

The e-gravelbike seems pretty good - steep hills still a bit of a struggle but are possible with maximum assist I m returning to cycling after a decades-long hiatus and am very unfit Dispatch date was given as 4th March then when that passed and I emailed they said 12th March It arrived on 8th March Pre-dispatch info was contradictory eg The list of what was included before I hit buy on their website included pedals but their confirmation email says we don t supply pedals with any of our bikes Email says You can check the status of your order by logging into your account - not really doesn t include for example updated dispatch date It was good to see that they had reduced the amount of plastic in the packaging but the paper tape they used to secure the carton had split at the bottom along the long side and one of the short sides Potential for a mishap there needs reviewing Pleasant surprise to find a rudimentary torque wrench and a few other tools in the carton The assembly info was for different bikes and some was incorrect eg said that the torque setting for the handlebars was printed on the stem it wasn t It was a pleasant surprise to get a courtesy call after a week finding out if I was getting on ok with the bike A bit of a mixed bag where customer service and info provided are concerned but it s stuff that they could easily rectify if they so chose

Overall was well except that the ESW gateway issue causing some delays difficulties to place order However sorted well with the assistance from Kelise to close everything in well manner

Good product at a competitive price

Ordered a CGR Ti bicycle via a partner cycle to work scheme Went in store to the Clitheroe branch to get measured up and do a road test Initially didn t seem the staff were that keen to let me do that but once they knew I was genuinely interested they were very helpful Miles was the main chap who helped with the road test and gave me a bike build code and quote I think going through the website might have been a bit tricky for me as a person not massively into cycling previously Put the order through a few week s later I now have a status of processing promised and a date given for delivery It would be good if the website actually displayed the promised date and the details of the build ordered That wouldn t be too hard to do

Beautiful bike ordered but didn t realise it didn t come with pedals which seemed really random Customer service online regarding this wasn t great and I was told I could order some online or from a local bike shop Then noticed that a reflector was missing So I cycled to the Birmingham branch obviously not on my pedal less new bike and had excellent customer service from the guy in there who provided me with an accessory pack without charge and ordered the missing reflector for me yay

Great prices but limited range of goods and slightly extended delivery times But will happily use again
