Please observe that this review is only about the website and shopping experience I have not received the bicycle yet I was recommended by a friend who have recently purchased at bike from them and he was very pleased with it The shopping experience itself is very straight forward and you can customize the bike in many ways There are also follow up emails about the order process All good so far

Ribble clitheroe - Miles sales advisor

Bought my 2nd bike from the clitheroe store after going in to have a look at what would suit me best On arrival I met Miles who has been awesome from start to finish making sure the bike fit me correctly before purchasing and then helping set the whole bike up and going through a rigorous testing process before I collected and then even more testing when I could sit on the bike true professionals and I d recommend them to anyone ask for miles Extremely satisfied customer

Mark at the Birmingham Mailbox store was extremely friendly and informative After trying out the jig based on the e gravel bike I was interested in Mark put together the bike for me and sent a code I could enter online when I was ready to buy I purchased today the process was very easy Just got to wait until may to try my new steed

Dealing with Ribble Cycles was great from start to finish When we visited to take a look at the bikes we met a lovely gentleman who talked us through the bike and let me take a test ride We then designed my ideal bike together and we went away to think about it When we decided to purchase the online tool was easy to use and the bike we created in the shop was easy to recover It did take some time between ordering and collection but it was worth the wait When we collected my bike we were treated like VIPs the bike was displayed in the shop and we were given a full handover with details about all aspects of the bike I would highly recommend buying a bicycle from Ribble

The bike arrived after just three weeks Not being very practical I took it to our bicycle repair shop to put together He said that it was a simple task and he felt the bike had been very well built Unfortunately because of the terrible weather my wife has not been able to ride it yet Something to look forward to
