Cycle collection

This was the day of collecting our new Ribble ebikes Great excitement Once again our sales person Jonathan was on hand to run us through the final bits of information we needed New to electric cycling some of the information seemed a bit daunting but Jonathan reassured us that Ribble was always there if we needed help Soon we were pushing our bikes out of the showroom to start our ebike adventures Thank you Jonathan and Ribble Ron and Jill

After ordering through the Birmingham retail store via online where I had great help The bike arrives much earlier than estimated bonus The tracking of the order through Parcelforce started out okay but didn t update so never actually knew which day it as coming other than showing at dispatch depot Otherwise bike was well packaged set up was easy just the handle bars seat and pedals

From visiting the showroom choosing a bike for my needs and being fitted for it on a rig through to placing the order and collecting my bike it was a very smooth and seamless process The staff were very helpful and the online chat room worked well when I had a query I didn t find the website very intuitive though and had to ask for help just to change the colour of the bike on order
