Great bike

Great new bike Arrived a couple of weeks earlier than the planned date Visited the Bristol store before ordering and all the staff were very helpful The online experience is okay but for some queries being able to pick up the phone and speak to someone would be a great help

Good price and prompt delivery

Good price prompt delivery and well wrapped but no original packing only plastic bags inside generic card so not sure how these were kept in the store

Excellent customer serviceVery good communicationthe bristol show room has no facility to try the bike as a consequence the medium bike seem a tad too small for me height 168cm no one buys a car without a test drive fully loaded doesn t include kick stand mirror or bottle holder

Productive visit to a Ribble store

Already interested in a Ribble electric hybrid from looking at the website A visit to the Bluewater shop confirmed that it was what I wanted Nice simple display of Ribble bikes including the model I wanted Very friendly and helpful pair of staff if slightly disorganised over models prices and frame-sizes Booked the bike Pleased to be dealing direct with the UK manufacturer rather than the uncertainties of waiting for a bike from China or Taiwan to be shipped via the Cape Fingers crossed for on-time delivery

Long wait but it was a Saturday Dealt with professionally Sound advice on the bike measuring jig as I was right on the limit between sizes Great deal on first ebike too

Great bike showroom

Ribble cycles Cribbs Causeway is not what you expect from a cycle shop The unit is dedicated to the sale of expensive bicycles only with knowledgable staff present to guide you and the necessary equipment for choosing the right size and options There are no equipment or spares If this is what you are looking for then I recommend a visit The bikes are very good The only problem I encountered making an order was that the shop computer system did not correctly display the price of my order

I wanted to buy a British brand

I wanted to buy a British brand I worked in the steel industry for 40 years My wife grew up in Preston so I read about your history The 2 lads in Cirbbs Bristol were great and an asset to your brand I read a about the CGR AL and reviews It seems to fit my riding plans Just waiting for delivery to the shop As always I will be looking at the build quality but very excited to get fitted see the bike in the flesh and get on the trail

Helpful staff but no test ride available

Helpful knowledgeable staff both on chat and in the Store at Cribbs Causeway It was good to see and handle the bike face to face but really disappointing to discover on arrival that it was not possible to test ride at Bristol Bristol is already two hours drive from our home in the South West Travelling to Clitheroe 11 12 hours round trip is not a viable option

Generally good ordering experience

Generally good experience so far with ordering a hybrid ALe Visiting the showroom in the Mailbox in Birmingham really helped as it s a lot of money to spend without seeing the product or testing a rig for size and geometry Not 5 s because the C2W ordering process was pretty clunky and difficult to tell if that was Ribble or vivup 3-6 week delivery window - hoping for it earlier and will update this review when I have some experience of the bike

Ordered online helpful staff guided me through my first bikes to work scheme Bit disappointed the pro model of the gravel ae was withdrawn within a week of me getting my voucher had to choose between the base model and the top of the range hence the 4 out 5 stars
