My height falls in between frame sizes and also being aware that my inseam to height ratio is slightly outside the normal range I drove 70 miles to the Ribble Bristol showroom to get advice Jon was very helpful and I left feeling confident in the specification chosen I d highly recommend getting a proper bike fitting if you re in any doubt

Fantastic customer experience from Victoria I ordered a pair of hydraulic brake calipers as an upgrade for my bike The threads on the rear stripped as I was installing them I called up and explained the situation Victoria went over to the warehouse to make sure one was shipped out expedited on the same day Call placed on Friday new caliper arrived on Monday Awesome experience and I m very grateful

Excellent service and great prices

Excellent service and great prices Items were in non retail packaging which is a reflection that Ribble is an OEM bike manufacturer which is fine especially at their competitive prices However i discovered the items i ordered were incompatible with my bike Fortunately i discovered this before fitting them so could return them Refund took a bit longer than i expected about 5 working days to process with a deduction for shipping which seems reasonable Would buy from again
