We had the oppy to visit one of their showrooms to see and test ride the bike before buying This was very important for us and it proved helpful in our decision making Staff helpful and knowledgeable Jake Clitheroe in our case I also used the video calling facility to a Ribble expert which is a GREAT innovation Believe the product Hybrid AL e Step Through could have been better designed with minimal impact on cost happy to discuss with Ribble if they want

Quick accurate and friendly respone

I m new to Ribble and signed up today to place an order using a Bike2Work voucher I had a query about when the order would be visible in my account as it wasn t initially showing after uploading the details I was quickly reassured that B2W orders are checked manually so it could be a couple of days before it becomes visible on the account It was good to have a quick and helpful response

A very straightforward purchase experience - the product arrived ahead of the original scheduled delivery date I was kept well informed The e bike itself AL e is wonderful - couldn t be happier with it

Bike delivered faster than initially planned

Great communication from Ribble had an initial delivery date scheduled then I was informed my bike would be delivered two weeks earlier than planned so very happy Easy to order and customise my bike and choose all preferences I wanted The bike was built to a high standard with no issues I would highly recommend Ribble

Hopefully a good outcome

Showroom had battery sent and contacted me day it arrived all good but said should have been delivered with bike and mudguards but bike date put back a week Store keeping until I can pick up all together so hopefully this Thursday 21 3 2024 But service seems good and you have a couple of options to get hold of them

I think I wrote a review when I first received the bike which was 5 star Now I ve had time to ride it I can honestly say that it s the best bike I ve ever had The fit is superb and so is the build quality Every thing I chose on the website was great in every way Saddle handlebars groupset etc Really enjoying the e bike experience Well done Ribble
