Hi spec bikes at low prices

The delivery was actually almost three weeks ahead of the scheduled date The bike arrived unmarked and was easy to put together Ribble also provided the tools to do this I received a follow up phone call to check if everything was fine and an email with links to information on the Shimano Di2 groupset Some of the protective tape on the frame was starting to come loose at the edges but a single email resulted in Ribble agreeing to send out replacement tape All in all excellent service

Easy to use website Great prices

I found the website easy to use I quickly found the bike I was looking for and was easily able to customise it and add some additional accessories to my basket I was using my cycle to work voucher and it was really simple to enter this and the code and place the order The website had initially said May for delivery but they ve since emailed to say it s likely to be dispatched this Friday Seems like great prices for the quality of bikes and I m really excited for it to arrive

Very happy with new CGR Ti

Very happy with new CGR Ti Navigating cycle to work scheme was not that easy but got there in the end Slight frustration that extra items ordered after the initial order could not be shipped with the original order but overall a good experience and great bike

I ordered a bike part on line from Ribble I have a Ribble CGR Ti which is a fabulous bike Good website easy ordering and checkout process and arrived within a few days so all good I rate Ribble bikes highly

Contacted Ribble via video chat and got all the information I needed regarding the purchase of a bike I chose a custom color and the rep showed me an actual example of what I would get My second contact was via email Josh answered all my questions regarding ordering and shipping Once the order was placed he clarified and confirmed the delivery date He was a great help I am truly impressed with the availability and short wait time 4 weeks to build and deliver my bike in the UK even with custom colors Looking forward to my new ride

Great Customer Support - Replaced the frame several months after purchase

Purchased a medium Ribble Gravel SL last July ultimately I discovered that I unfortunately received the incorrect size several months later Ribble very graciously replaced the bike with the correct frame and new components within a week of the original bike being returned despite the fact that I had ridden it for several months Honestly genuinely impressed that they did so and that they were understanding that I hadn t realised immediately that the initial bike sent was the incorrect size Will be getting my next road bike from Ribble for sure

amazing experience

amazing experience I Went into the Ribble showroom in clitheroe having booked a test ride on the endurance sl disc met the salesman Miles I have nothing but compliments to him professional knowledgeable friendly and seems like an all around chill guy After my test ride he got me on the sizing jig and got the best bike size for me and a few adaptations to my riding style and fit He let me take a pic to remember my experience here and a few pics of the show bike same model as the one I bought outside the shop I even stayed around a little after the I had bought it just to chat about bikes His attitude customer service and knowledge is to be admired and is a testament to the fabulous experience that I received today I could not praise him or ribble bikes further
