Well after writing a very negative review for Ricife about a garment that I was not at all happy with and the extremely difficult returns procedure the review was picked up by the company and they have refunded the full amount So what can I say - they turned out to have very good customer service for me after all I am as surprised as anyone it was over a period of a couple of months but still I am very pleased
