Good customer service the shop didn t have my size in the shop but staff were very helpful and had my item ordered to my local store

on friday i went to white rose shopping

on friday i went to white rose shopping center river island store with a list of christmas presents to buy for my wife as i strolled through the store i found myself struggling to find what i wanted so i asked a staff member for help her name is ALISON and what an absolute star she was she took my list then took total control of my shopping she led me around the store with myself following finding almost everything on the list i really cant thank alison enough she is an absolute credit to river island my knight in shining armour she has to be named as employee of the day lovely lady can t praise her enough

Hassle free shopping

Went into the shop Livingston and had a good browse around before buying a pair of jeans during that time a member of staff asked if i was ok then handed me a scratch card then i was left alone to continue browsing once at the till the guy behind it the other member of staff both spoke we had a bit of a laugh before i left Customer service was excellent i will be shopping there again

When I went to return dress brought

Had been to Uxbridge Ri to return dress brought from Westfield ri at the till Amanda asked me the reason of return I mentioned to her it s a bit tight and I need one size up which was not available in Westfield She was very friendly to talk to and asked if I want her to look up for the size if available there and she took a bit and said one is available and she checked and got it for me Very happy buying it Sometimes in the till they just ask the reason for return they don t go next level to help to c to get right size
