Only really discovered this brand over lockdown doing shopping online No retail near me Clothes are really good quality Orders come super quick and well packaged I have had to return a couple of items that didn t suit and refunds are dealt with efficiently even in these difficult times when other retailers are rubbish so well done Reiss staff now my new fave brand x

Best returns experience and reliable quality In lockdown the returns process becomes so important and I ve had loads of problems with other companies using services that are hard to access etc Reiss is by far the best by allowing pick up at home they create a great customer experience I order from them as my experience had been that you can rely on them for good quality clothes every time

I am obsessed with Reiss absolutely everything in their store Staff are always helpful I had a wonderful lady called Emma help me today in Reiss s Brent Cross branch I am writing this review because her customer service was outstanding and it needs to be said when people go above and beyond Prices are on the higher end however the quality and fit definitely reflect this Love this brand The only thing I would suggest is to add more length ranges to your trousers and jeans Regular doesn t fit all

I was presently surprised by the efficiency of their delivery and return refund process The order placed on 21 Jan was delivered the next day a few days earlier than their estimate The order placed on 25th Jan was delivered in 2 days Sales items but all packed properly The best bit is the speed of refund I ve ordered sales items from some other retailers and REISS was the fastest to refund Email notifications of each step were prompt Overall very satisfied
