My daughter purchased a playful vampire

My daughter purchased a playful vampire face through to place and was sent a receipt via email and money was successfully deducted from her acct Roblox removed the face from my child s acct banned my child from her acct for 3 days and claimed my child had stolen the face in spite of my request to view her receipt etc They refuse to give it back I finally located contact info for ro place the vendor for the product and my request for assistance has been ignored These companies are so unprofessional I don t know whose operating them behind the scenes but parents please do not spend any money with Roblox anymore

Have not received my limited or refund after 4 DAYS

Four days ago I bought a limited with BTC worth 380 and did not receive it I have contacted customer support and have been told to provide them with relevant information so that my refund can be processed I have been asking for updates regularly and have been ignored The most recent message I ve received from live support was 3 days ago which did not provide any information that I needed I simply wanted to know if my refund has been confirmed or if its been processed and that I just need to wait Live support told me to wait and be patient when they could have at least told me this This has not been a first good experience but I will update this review when my refund has been confirmed Edit Absolute joke it has been 3 weeks now I was told that I was getting a refund a week ago and I m still waiting
