Stealing data to cold call

I got cold called in the form of a whatsapp message from some woman called Adelina She says hi there I ask who it is she says she s from this company looking for candidates for a new programme and can she share more details then asking if the issuewas resolved I said what issue Is this a cold call She then sent me an advert for some IT companies and said they were desperate for candidates and to share my CV I asked where she got the number from and said I wasn t looking for a job have never looked at jobs on this website and have never given my number out She read but didnt reply

Disrespectful Recruiters

The recruiters at Robert Half are unprofessional and disrespectful I have over a decade of experience in an industry so I have been approached by a few recruiters at Robert Half over the past 3 months regarding job openings I respond back set up a time on the recruiter s calendly only to be flaked on The meeting was never canceled and no call was made and didn t answer when I called This has happened more then once and is disrespectful to me and my time

Joke of a job interview

Joke of a job interview 15 min Zoom with a recruiter Then they make a barrage of requests references assestments and full background search all this before they connect you to a job There s no follow-up after the interview I was auto-denied due to a criminal mark on my background search which I was never asked about nor did I lie about it This company calls themselves felon friendly on job boards Do not bother

I hired Robert Half a few years ago to hire an employee We paid 15K for this service Just found out that this long term employee is leaving for another position He did not request this position from Robert HalF instead he was approached by Robert Half This is quite unethical practice Thanks Robert Half Can I have the 15K back now or will you find me a replacement employee

Steer Well Clear

This company that I have never contacted at all keep contactintg me offering me freelance jobs They have no clue what I was looking for been in my current role for two year and very very happy but it was not freelance No idea how they got my details but would not deal with them under any circumstances

Unreliable won t return phone calls emails or texts

While my first year was great mostly because of Melanie Florian who is no longer with the company This second go around no one responds to any messages no email no text nothing It s very disrespectful and not good business practice Then one person reached out and said that I had a bad review which is a lie the company they said gave me a bad review asked me to work there full time They said I was unreliable yet I would take emergency jobs for the next day Awful management or maybe the management is unaware of their atrocious behavior in the Houston offices

Trash company Don t expect anything useful from them Stay away from them unless you think you got too much time to waste They are very rude and unprofessional like they never reply to your messages despite being seemingly interested in you

Unfortunate but Uncalled For

Due to a communication mishap my interview was arranged for a time different to what was agreed I phoned the agent at Robert Half who in my opinion was far too quick to place the blame on me rather than work towards a solution In a rather rude manner I was almost chastised for taking a full twenty minutes to try and resolve the issue myself rather than calling Robert Half straight away Having been placed in an awful role before by Robert Half I should have known better than to try again I could not recommend this agency to anybody searching for a job
