Great quality easy to follow instructions and excellent design

Brilliant customer service

I was building my first model Cathy s flower house when I damaged the wire for the doorhandles after weeks of trying to find a suitable replacement in shops and online I decided to contact robotimes customer service the item wasn t listed on their spare parts page so I didn t hold out much luck They responded really quickly to my email asked a few questions and said they d see what they could do A week or so went by and I thought they d not bothered but I received a piece of the wire in the post they haven t even charged me for delivery I was amazed and so happy that I can finish the project with the correct parts Absolutely brilliant customer service The kits themselves are well made very detailed and addictive I wish the instructions were a little bit clearer though I m sure anyone will enjoy constructing them

I was extremely delighted to assemble this puzzle It is so much fun and was very easy to assemble due to the easy to understand instructions It has a great quality and was absolutely worth it Can t wait to assemble other puzzles of rokr

These products are great well-packaged high quality and sturdy My 12-year-old grandson loves his gifts The items arrived late and the company quickly refunded the rush shipping charges I would highly recommend the products and am impressed with the responsive customer service

It s a win so far - correct item delivered promptly We haven t put the set together yet my son only received it two days ago for his birthday but he is very excited about the design and music he loves classical music I will give more feedback once he has assembled it
