MUST READ The WORST website to buy from I tried to place an order and for some reason my card wouldn t go through I though this was weird knowing I ve been using my card all day So I tried 3 4 time to put my card information in NUMBER by NUMBER to make sure I wasn t missing anything So after it kept declining my payment I told myself maybe it s a sign to not order from here so I got out of the website THEN I went to get dinner and was wondering if I ll have any issues with them running my card and they had NO PROBLEMS So I went and looked at my account and ROCKABILLA CHARGED MY ACCOUNT TWICE without a receipt for my merch I called my bank IMMEDIATELY and seized all pending transactions

Terrible cust service and overpriced shirt
The shirt we ordered is terrible quality but most of all we were sent the wrong size then when I asked if we could exchange it for the correct size I am told they do not do exchanges and I would be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item so now I m stuck with a 50 shirt in the wrong size Customer service is terrible quality is terrible return policy is awful and item is overpriced NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE

I ordered my shirts about 2 weeks ago when I try to track it it only says that the shipping label was created It hasn t been shipped or anything I reached out to customer service all they said was it should be there tomorrow that was about days ago I think I ll get a refund look for them on esty or Amazon I m starting to question If this is a legitimate website

ghost red and blue shorts
Ordered the ghost red and blue shorts There was very little communication on when they would sent out Then when we finally received an email we were told tentatively they would be shipped on August 31 but I did not receive confirmation until last week I finally got them and they are too big At this point it was a waste of time and money May not order from this company again

Shipment stuck no help from customer support
I ordered a T-shirt in the US to be shipped to Australia It started out well received a tracking number and was able to track it all the way to Australia Then nothing The item got stuck somewhere post customs and when I got in touch Rockabilia simply said to contact Australian customs myself Without any item info other than a proprietary tracking number that only their delivery company uses Australian customs will not know what I m talking about It is the responisibility of the delivery company AsendiaUsa apparently AND Rockabilia to make sure the item gets delivered In other words customer service at Rockabilia is useless and they don t take responsibility for deliveries So save yourself a lot of frustration and don t order from this site

Horrible Costumer Service
I didn t get any shipping confirmation emails or tracking info I waited forever to speak with costumer service and the person I spoke to was incredibly rude barely let me get my question out and was rushing me off the phone It wasn t until I messaged them on Instagram did I get a tracking number No intention of ever ordering from them again

I placed an order for a shirt on November 26 2023 intended to be a Christmas gift I promptly received confirmation of my order and my card was charged for the purchase As of today 12 13 I have not received confirmation of shipment I have emailed customer service twice with inquiries s to the status of the order and have received no response from either inquiry I understand things happen especially during the very busy Christmas holiday season but I don t think it s too much to ask to keep lines of communication open or answer customers queries Due to my experience I ll not place another order with this company nor will I recommend them

No way to track packages
No way to track packages no clear timeline given Confirmation email said item is in stock and website says in stock items ship in a day 5 days after order and still no confirmation email of even a shipment Company needs to make information more clear and provide tracking options

Way to reward longtime customers
I d give them 0 stars if I could to reflect how many items I received from my purchase The shirts took 3 weeks to ship and then never arrived at my doorstep or in my mailbox According to the tracking number my package was delivered just not to me apparently Lucky for Rockabilia they accept no responsibility once a package has been delivered I ve been a customer of theirs for 15 years and their response was You can purchase the items again at 50 off Great so only 90 dollars for 2 t-shirts No thanks Screw you Rockabilia I hope your whole operation burns to the ground You ve lost a customer for life

Misleading Size Chart and Titles
Where to start The sizing chart on a limited release was in Juniors without any proper notice the sizing is claimed to be approximate and they don t advertise that the item is a juniors until you re on the size chart page No where in the listing or title does it mention that this is a juniors item What s worse they claim to be size inclusive when the Juniors only goes up to a 3xl which is four inches smaller that the original 2xl
