I bought a 35ft 7in Smooth wall flexible liner with 1 2 million in of insulation wrap Ordering was easy and the diy instructions were helpful The liner came Separate from the other items in the kit and came a few days later I did buy some wire to wrap the insulation sleeve tight to the liner I ve seen lots that include this it would be a nice addition to the kit I used the return option for the pulling cone and did have to do a little negotiating to get my refund The instructions were unclear about this process but sounded very easy In all the quality seems great and I did get everything I needed and had a good experience with customer service

I ordered a custom-made stainless chimney chase cover and a rain cap The rain cap I ordered online wasn t one that would fit my existing flue very well The folks at Rockford figured out that my selection wasn t probably what I needed and they called me to make sure I m glad they did because the one I actually needed would fit my existing chimney set up better and even cost less They refunded the difference immediately The custom-made chimney chase cover and rain cap were delivered in less than a week from my initial order Great work and customer service
