Excellent quality rings - amazing customer service It was coming up to our 10year wedding anniversary and we decided it might be nice to mark the occasion with matching rings We chose the Harold Arrow Wonder rings The blend of the green and amber wood together with the silver was just what we wanted - and we were not disappointed Simply beautiful There was one issue though Mine seemed a little tight but for Rock Solid rings that wasn t an issue at all As soon as I emailed Paul from the team at Rock Solid arranged for a next size up replacement right away The replacement ring was here within a few days and a self addressed package to return the original No hassle no fuss and no extra charge I really can t recommend these guys high enough The customer service and fast communication was truly excellent Don t hesitate to purchase from Rock Solid This is a reputable honest and efficient business We celebrated our 10year wedding anniversary in Paris with dinner and a show at the Moulin Rouge Everything about our anniversary was just perfect - including our new matching rings from Rock Solid We are indeed two very happy customers

I ordered 2 rings for my anniversary and they were delivered so quickly Because I m an idiot one was the wrong size and they immediately allowed me to reorder the correct size with easy instructions on returns Amazing service and amazing products

The customer service here is SECOND TO NONE No question was too much trouble and when we realised we d ordered the wrong sized ring they replaced it very quickly and easily through the post for no extra charge even though it was engraved The quality of our rings is unbelievable for the price no idea why anyone would look anywhere else If we ever need rings in the future we will be back

I have bought two amazing Vulcan mirror wonder rings I had to exchange one as I changed my mind about the width This was done immediately no quibbles no hassle After several months I had an issue with one ring contacted the company and again had my issue resolved immediately Not only are these rings amazing the company is to be congratulated on their customer service which is second to none
