Really disappointed that I gave money

Really disappointed that I gave money to a company like this I m stuck with the gear I choose to buy from them now but I ll never buy from or recommend Rogue again I took my business to American Barbell and am more than happy with the quality affordability and support for one damaged 45 pound bumper plate I received from them - they simply ask some questions apologized and replaced it That s genuinely respectful and it s the kind of company that deserves our support Avoid RogueFitness com they are a big brand with no soul and do not deserve your money Save yourself the pain and don t find out the hard way

Dont order from Rogue

Very disappointing customer service I ordered over 600 pounds of equipment to my home in Canada In the confirmation email they said they would notify me for delivery and date They ended up dropping pallet off on the middle of my driveway mid winter No notice nothing When i complained Dylan the customer service rep just kept pasting and sending to me the fine print which say they may not do that I can think of a 1000 other places that would be happier and more grateful to take my 3000 00 dollars then Rogue Have some common sense

Ordered 1500 00 in products from Rogue Fitness website Called customer service to ask a couple questions and while I was speaking the attendant hung up on me First red flag Ok let s try again - spoke to the second attendant named Alain D who was not useful and neither pleasant to speak with Ended up canceling the entire order due to a bad experience at Rogue Fitness customer service I can imagine how it would be if I needed to contact Rogue again for warranty issues

Really awful customer service

Really awful customer service I placed a fairly large order which included a rack On their order page it give you the option to add a bar and get collars free -- While I did purchase a bar I did not do so correctly according to their website and thus did not get my free collars We re talking about a 60 item on a 2 650 order here And the bar I did order was MORE expensive than the ones that come with free collars I figured this was would be an easy fix with customer service but Emily W fought me tooth and nail completely rude and condescending I ll never buy anything there again and do not recommend them to my worst enemy

Purchased Rogue Cave with dual

Purchased Rogue Cave with dual slingers Received low grade cable weights instead of what was advertised Cable system is completely inop Even if the system worked as rogue intended the pulleys would rub on the housing Very low quality Save some cash and go to Rep Fitness

i ve spent about 8000 at rogue fitness

i ve spent about 8000 at rogue fitness and the last four out of five orders have shipped either damaged or they have shipped different pieces on different days without any email notice whatsoever This company is obviously made in the USA so I want to give them my business but there always seems to be an issue when my order arrives Every time I ask customer service about this they say they never have any problems with shipping But I m just one customer who s had consistent issues Very disappointed Felt I had to finally leave a bad review

INSULTING AND FRUSTRATING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service experience was SURREAL Their response was so unnecessarily negative that I actually thought they were amusing themselves at my expense With any other company it would have been simple return of a brand new item 100 item Instead they lost me as a customer I ve spent quite a bit with them to build my home gym and had plans to buy much more from them Luckily there are many other companies producing great home fitness equipment out there I strongly advise you to buy from one of them

Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service Multiple orders have now taken 3 weeks or more to arrive in Europe Why partly because when they don t have the product in stock in Europe they ship from the states Consolidate and ship on arrival But there s no obvious pre warning before you make your order and no expected delivery schedule Great products but I will not be ordering again as the delivery is extremely poor

Account debited but no product

Account was debited and the product I ordered has not been shipped delivered Tried calling 6 times spread out through the day - no answer - goes to a voicemail stating business hours and then cuts out Sent 2 emails Given a number to call back on Issue not sorted they are telling me I have to join Paypal no product still awaiting refund Terrible experience from a supposed good retailer Never again
