Frustrating Delivery Delays and Poor Communication Like many others have mentioned, I experienced issues with delivery after placing my order. Two weeks passed with no update, and I had to contact their team myself to ask about the expected delivery date. The items ended up arriving on different days, and I was informed two weeks after ordering that one of the products was no longer available. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and clearly reflects a company with weak systems and poor internal processes.
