never received my parcel

I ordered beginning of September but my parcel never arrived It looks like the parcel went back to the sender Im sure there was something from with delivery thats why it went back But that makes no change for me as i still paid for the product and didnt received it Customerservice did respond to all my questions and they all said they will come back to me with a solution But nothing happend in the end I asked for a refund but did no get any answer Other Shops are able to deliver so i will not order again from this one

still not received anything since 3 weeks

I ordered from turkey to germany and still waiting since 3 weeks for my delivery i can track the order and parcel just makes a lot of nonsense moves not sure about that I made a different order on an other website it was delivered in 5 days from outside of europe

Order 172088Placed an order got nothing except an invoice Since the payment was with ETH my payment was short about a buck because of the conversion I don t mind paying it but don t know how Emailed support with no response Will update with any additional info Update got an email from seller with a tracking number It reads shipping label created but not shipped Will update again So far quick response from seller Update Received an email after a few days with tracking number arrived shortly after Will update with results of product Product did arrive though Update after a full cycle I saw ZERO results with this product Company seems to provide good customer service but the quality efficacy of their products in my experience are non existent I personally won t buy from them again

As of now

As of now I m disappointed They left out the biggest part of my purchase on my first order And despite their promises it still hasn t shipped I even placed another order just to test their legitimacy If they want good reviews they had better step up their game Quick customer service response doesn t mean anything if the product doesn t show up I m already looking for another source This company has work to do

Emailed a few times asking for tracking told to just wait They won t look into the issue 183031
