Delivery not delivered on day no information from anyone why the delivery was late or would be late I assumed roofin had supplies in stock to give me a delivery day of the 15th of May it now transpires roofing is just a third party supplier and the supplies come from the manufacturer If I would have known roofing did not have stock I would not have ordered from them I will now try to get my money back and find a local supplier with stock

Still waiting for my order which is over a week late Contacted customer service who advised due to Covid deliveries were delayed by a day or so Still waiting customer service not giving any communication regarding status of order I know it is difficult times but no excuse for poor service If the order cannot be filled it should not have been accepted

I ordered roofing on 11th May and the site advised delivery would be on 18th May It is now 26th May I have tried to phone and email but no response I understand with the current situation however when you receive no reply it s not very good customer service STILL AWAITING DELIVERY I have now received my delivery on 1st June however part of the order was missing I have emailed several times but no response

Very poor service and still unresolved 1st item took several weeks to arrive After chasing many times and the 2nd item is still not received despite several email Roofin say they are looking into it over a week ago and now my email just get ignored hoping I ll go away Avoid these charlatans at all costs - GO TO Anywhere else INSTEAD AND GET DECENT ONTIME TRUSTED SERVICE roofin- will you now respond to my issue please

this company is a joke DO NOT USE happy to take your money not so happy to deliver the product and when they miss the delivery date costing me money for roofers with no materials they try to say i was not in and that i should pay for another delivery poor customer services and even worse management

Whilst the product is great

Whilst the product is great the service is very poor I was a few tiles short to finish my roof After several attempts I managed to order my six tiles and paid for a 24hr delivery It took five days to arrive and only then because I phoned several times to chase it The staff were very polite at all times however they weren t efficient

Absolute shambles company

Absolute shambles company ordered some Corotile roofing sheets by mistake and tried to return them and they want 25 of the value of my order to return them which by the way is 125 WHAT just to return them which also hasn t happened yet still waiting for them to get back in touch after contact email requests and phone calls Don t use this company

Only good point was it turned up early the fact that every one of the 12 bitumen sheets was broken on the same corner for about 30 cm of two corrugations makes me think that the delivery guy shouldn t have been throwing them around like he did Tried to email them and point this out but more chance of a reply from Santa I m now left further out of pocket from buying sheets locally that I can inspect Just snacks of poor customer service

Terrible please don t waste your time

Terrible please don t waste your time and money Ordered 3 weeks ago order arrived partly and damaged they send a replacement but again arrived damaged rest of the order still not to arrive their dispatch time was 3-4 working days and after 3 weeks and paying my builders they can t give me a solution they can t guarantee for full refund and I have to store their damaged goods on my premises I tried over the phone to explain them but they have no clue of customer service

Never again

We placed an order with this company for some roofing The company they used Clear Amber delivered the materials with damaged boxes No surprise that every panel was broken The driver also hit our gates damaging them All caught perfectly on cctv which have been sent to both companies We had an acknowledgement email but have yet to hear back from either party Unable to make contact on the phone surprise
