Prompt delivery service unfortunately extremely expensive delivery charges

All seven corrugated sheets were damaged luckily I didn t need the full length so I was able to cut the damaged area off

Although the service to receive the sample was excellent The product itself was of very inferior quality - composite fencing

Order arrived on time - some damage to the roof panels we ordered I m struggling to email them - the sales at roofin co uk just bounces back looking for credit on the 3 broken panels but can t seem to get in touch

Bought a load of opal 16mm axiome polycarbonate with snapa roofing bars I purposely designed my roof to use standard size sheets 1050 x 2000 to save having to cut down and save cost on a cutting service The first couple of panels were ok -shipped straight from the manufacturer but the last 4 panels were damaged and had been badly hacked to size The cuts wernt straight and one in particular was less than 1030 wide at the narrowest point The lengths varied from 2000mm to 2023 and again were not cut straight so I had to re cut with a circular saw and straight edge

Delivery was expected on 27th Aug When nothing arrived 2 days later I emailed and it would seem the order hadn t been ordered with the distributor In all fairness it then did arrive 2 days later thanks to them for chasing it up Took 16days Not great service

Let down by your courier unfortunately Ask for delivery driver instructions at time of order which have been completely ignored I now have to rearrange delivery It s only samples so may have to look at a different supplier if using the same deliverers for the main order

Good selection of products and friendly staff but their delivery charges are horrendous I placed and order for 2K and on the day it arrived I realised I needed more plastic trim I called customer services to ask if there is something that can be done about the 38 delivery charge on a 32 order that weighs less than 4KGs was told there is nothing they can do I placed the order as I was in a tight spot but will be looking for other suppliers for my next job just to add I had already paid 120 delivery for my 2K order that arrived the same day as I placed the new order EDIT - in response to your reply your telephone support did not mention the slightly cheaper product suggestion would take the delivery charge from 20 up to 38 unfortunately I didn t realise this myself until it was too late however you stand by your delivery charges I know this now hopefully others are aware of this now and can make an informed decision good luck with your business model

Roofing are great their drop shipping partner Amberclear are probably the worst I experienced for shortages on orders Only had 2 orders from Roofin despatched from Amberclear and both had shortages delaying both jobs annoyed customer job took longer payment late as was on completion

Ordered some guttering Ordered the wrong size Emailed the email address for returns to be ignored I then telephoned got told I would get a call back nothing happened Telephoned again to be told it was fine to send back as within the 14 days So I posted back I then get the parcel sent back to me with a note -Returned not covered by our cancellation policy and return for business Not pre-approved or returned within 7 days Returned to incorrect address we weren t notified of the return so were not able to provide the correct address Please do not attempt to return again Maybe they should train there staff on their returns policy AVOID AVOID AVOID
