The company its self are very helpful

Hi there great service and price but unfortunately the couriers called me a 7 14 am to deliver unexpectedly not a great problem but being bit of a perfectionist and having paid for new undamaged insulation I was a little dismayed to discover that the sides and ends were already damaged surely damaging them is my job so the company supplying was great the couriers not so much

Tapco roofing tiles

The company its self are very helpful when choosing and ordering in fact we ended up ordering more They do however use suppliers local to your self in our case as we are over 250 miles from them So messages like do not deliver between these dates don t always work as in our order where our delivery was waiting in our front garden for 6 days while we were on holiday

Covid 19 s lack of a delivery note

Yet to fit the Tapco roofing tiles but all delivered promptly and appear totally fine they look even better than expected The only glitch was that there appeared to be little communication between Roofin and the final delivery company However despite this the delivery guy was really helpful and unloaded the tiles to kerbside as he had not been advised that he would require a tail lift lorry

Service helpful product excellent

Covid 19 s lack of a delivery note makes it difficult to understand what you should be receiving what part orders are shipped like this order But the team were able to quickly efficiently and politely resolve my perceived problem which wouldn t have arisen if Delivery notes were still being used The delivery driver was first rate and helped get the delivery to the back of the house while socally distancing ie not the usual ring the door bell and run Thank you all

Corrapol roof panels - incomplete order

Service helpful but there were some problems with order and delivery dates The tracking system remained unaltered for several days However the goods arrived safely and beautifully packaged to prevent any damage in transportation Goods themselves excellent Will recommend Roofin Online Store to others Thank you

Really good pricing rapid delivery but some of delivery a bit tatty

Ordered 12 Corrapol roof panels ClearAmber sent me 11 panels of which 5 were damaged one badly I thought I would be very lucky to hear from any one However I got an email saying 2 panels would be despatched and within a few days they had arrived There s no way all problems can be avoided it s how you deal with them that counts Roofing did well and I d use them again

Poor communication

Really good pricing surprisingly rapid delivery in the current circumstances Only downside is that the supplier who fulfilled the order for Roofin Online Store appears to have looked around their yard to find the dirtiest most kicked about wet insulation boards that anyone buying in person would have avoided They are still perfectly functional and will do the job it s just that some of them are old and second hand looking

Efficient arrived earlier than expected

The only thing that let them down was communication we were told the night before that the delivery was coming next day and if not home they could charge us for delivery again There was no options for changing delivery not good when your working There was conformation of order straight away and then no more info until we were told about the delivery Ordering was easy delivery expensive but the goods were cheaper than anywhere else we could find The tiles do look real and so much lighter the summer house is looking lovely
