Ordering went well with Roofing Online but had problems with their supplier Clear Amber They delivered some wrong items some not delivered and some could not be delivered as they have manufacturing problems I sorted out the first two with Clear Amber and had to get a refund for the third by contacting Roofing who dealt with it promptly

These light weight plastic roof slates look good The reason I ve only given 3 stars is I m not too sure how they will weather and last The packaging they came in was quite badly damaged but that could have been the fault of the delivery company But the finished porch roof looks good

The product is good the speed of delivery from ordering is excellent but I think the 60 delivery charge is disgusting

Made my purchase on the 5 4 23 It wasn t until after my order went through I was told it wouldn t arrive until the 14 4 23 After taking the day off work to wait in all day I contacted them at 1630 to check the order was going to be delivered They told me that there had been a delay and it wasn t going to arrive until 18 4 23 with no explanation as to why I wasn t contacted I asked if the delivery could be made the day before as I am leaving the country on the 18 4 23 and I said I would wait on the live chat to find out the answer so I can sort this out Then got cut off from live chat and haven t been able to get through ever since Nobody answering the phone today either Guess I will just have to wait and see if my lead turns up before I leave the country or I have to get my money back once I m abroad which I m not looking forward to doing as I suspect it won t be easy with how their customer service s are Will re-review after 18 4 23 Review update17 4 23 So I contacted roofin first thing this morning and Vanessa who I dealt with on Friday instantly remembered me and informed me that she had already spoken to the relevant people regarding my delivery and she assured me it would be her before 2pm Delivery is now on the driveway and all looks good Big thank you to Vanessa for getting this delivered today Has saved me a headache of trying to source more product before I leave tomorrow As a company though a bit more thought needs to go into keeping the customer up to date regarding deliveries and dates We all know problems happen in life it s not a perfect world but it would be good to be kept in the loop regarding products we have paid for and when we will get them

Everything looks good so far The only issue I had was the pack sizes Ridge vents were sold as a pack of roughly 11m2 where I needed only 2m2 From shopping around I notice all companies do this but I see no reason why the packs couldn t be split

Delivery time was good price was fair overall process was easy Let down by whoever picked the order as 3 4 bsp fittings were sent out rather than the 1 size ordered

The order didn t arrive when expected and on calling they had lost the first order so ordered again The second order did arrive eventually and was left leaning up against the front of the house when they could have laid it down on the lawn The item itself is undamaged and ok

The order was executed in an efficient manner At the point of ordering good feedback ensued However Much more is needed when informing the customer 1 Delivery to a depot in my vicinity 2 When the delivery left the depot 3 Time slot on the delivery day When delivery arrived at my home address I was five miles away from my home when the driver phoned to say he had arrived I then had to race home to meet him Better communication is needed to reduce the stress of a potential missed delivery I hope the above goes some way to improve informing the customer every step of the delivery Ty

I needed tiles for my park home roof which weren t easy to find so I was very pleased to be able to purchase them from Roofin Online They were delivered quickly and safely but I think the delivery charge of 36 for 6 tiles was extortionate I had a tarpaulin delivered on the same day from a different company which weighed more than the roofing tiles and postage was only 4 99 There is no justification for charging this amount of money

Delivery poor 2M length arrived broken and bent Slates packed in boxes which were open on delivery All present but for 30 you expect better
