Website easy to navigate Customer service excellent However issues with delivery due to courier Prompt action by Customer Service and delivery received on the day in question thanks to their efforts Not an easy task on a Friday afternoon and Bank Holiday weekend Thank you for all of your help

Not sure of the date Flat roof on new building

Absolutely delighted with the care this lovely family company provided I just happened to find them on line whilst researching into replacing the profile sheeting on my roof They came back very quickly with a competitive quote and offered really helpful technical advice They organised all transportation I live on a Scottish island and I was kept informed about my order s progress I would thoroughly recommend them

Good prices despite the postage cost

Builder eh They never turn up on time But Dorking Glass were on time thorough quiet and laid a good flat rubberised roof on my self build sunroom extension all for a reasonable price and they tided up afterwards Thanks guys

Honest helpful

Best Customer service Ever I order some roofing sheets and the wrong ones were sent out by the factory Before we had even realised I was call by Louise Leadbetter who arranged for the correct items to be sent out for free It s really nice to know that not only did they pick up the mistake which wasn t actually theirs but bent over backwards to get it sorted for me and did it without any prompting Things do go wrong sometimes it s how you fix them that really matters Now a customer for life
