Shortly after ordering we realised we no longer needed the items We emailed to cancel and even though the item was already with the delivery company they very kindly managed to track it down to be sent back before they got to us Swiftly dealt with even fully refunded as they managed to track it down so quickly Excellent customer service so would highly recommend them to anyone Honest very helpful company

This is an unknown supplier and I was sceptical at first The direct delivery took a bit longer but Lorraine in customer services was an absolute star and did exactly what she said she would I m very impressed with the price I paid but also that there was instantly a helpful person there to help when I needed to speak to someone

Website was easy to use Items delivered as specified Cost of delivery was less than half of competitor for Tapco slates even though slates are delivered directly from Tapco in both instances Overall a good shopping experience

Brilliant company with superb service

I placed an order online Wed 31st Aug - the delivery date offered was 7th Sept I spoke to Louise and explained that I had builders on site and would appreciate an earlier delivery if possible She said leave it with me I ll talk to the guys in the warehouse to see if we can pick it now The order arrived Friday 2nd September - they re based in the North West I live in London Great customer service and competitive prices Would definitely use them again
