Great program and support

I have had a free subscription to RoomSketcher for sometime and decided to purchase a VIP subscription through the App After purchasing I realised that what I really wanted was the PRO version I contacted them on the 20 November and advised them of my error and requested that if I changed to the PRO version would they only charge the difference in price I was advised that as the original purchase was through the Apple App it would mean me paying in full for the Pro version direct to RS and they would then put a credit back to my credit card Although I was a little apprehensive I decided to do it I let them know I had purchased the PRO version and immediately was told a credit would be back to my card immediately but it might take upto 10 working days to reach my account I am pleased to say the credit hit my account within 2 days of being advised All of this took place between my original order on the 19 November and money back into my account on 22 November I have since then received a number of emails giving and offering advice on how to use the PRO version Absolutely excellent service from what appears to be a very professional and customer related company

I wanted to design my own home

I wanted to design my own home I wanted to avoid the cost of an architect A Google search said architects typically charge 5-10 of the cost of the home That is very unreasonable if true in my opinion I believe an inherent limitation of using an architect is not knowing exactly at the outset what you want your home to be and or not being able to properly articulate so the end result may be as much your architect s tastes and preferences as your own With Room Sketcher I was able to start much earlier than my anticipated start of construction and to take my time I performed many iterations over several months As the vision was starting to materialize on their app I also realized as an older and empty-nester home designer that there were standard items and features common to most homes that I just would not use or miss so have amended my design accordingly An architect no doubt would not have accommodated the time frame and number of iterations I have performed I did find the app easy to learn and intuitive It provides final dimensions for the builder There is enough detail that I can visualize my home And most importantly I am extremely happy with my final result and know I have developed the most appropriate aesthetic ergonomic and practical home for my current and future lifestyle needs and wants Room Sketcher has been a very pleasant and helpful tool for me

RoomSketcher is easy to learn to use and provides beautiful 3D rendered floor plans Recommend it for anybody keen on professional 3D floor plans

RoomSketcher is a Winner

We are moving from a 5-bedroom house with a basement to a 2-bedroom apartment I had been looking for floor plan visualization software and came upon RoomSketcher Rather than draw the floorplan myself I opted to send you a copy from the building s website RoomSketcher did an amazing job digitizing our new apartment floorplan and the dimensions and scaling were correct to the inch It s allowed us to experiment with our furniture placement before actually getting there It took me all of 30 minutes to master the software and the ability to virtually plan and visualize my apartment has saved us literally thousands of dollars and more importantly eliminate arguments with family members on what will and will not fit Bravo RoomSketcher

I have sent several questions to RoomSketcher customer support and no matter how trivial the RoomSketcher support team responds promptly and provides answers and also suggestions and links to additional features they think I might like They are very approachable and very receptive they follow through on all emails and have a great product to boot It is great to work with their team and their RoomSketcher product

I ve found this app to be extremely useful and totally recommend it Today customer services were able to help me with something and I was very impressed with the service
