DO NOT GO NEAR THIS LOT

Really unhappy Ordered 3 items for Christmas Paid 25 extra for expedited delivery 2-4 working days no sign yet 3 weeks later A total waste of time trying to contact them They list a UK address and a Paris office But this is Chinese and I m not holding my breath to get my 160 back

Nothing short of scammers Waited weeks on end for an item I was told would arrive before Christmas They use delaying tactics and are a nightmare to communicate with Awful awful company

Tarnished necklace after 3days

I ordered a necklace but forgot to get a gift bag the woman who I was emailing so very helpful and they gave me the gift bag with 4 99 for free which I was delighted with Waited weeks for it to come and was so happy with it as it was personalised but after wearing it for 3days the names are tarnished on it and looks like it s years old very disappointed and won t be ordering from this site again

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service still have not received my item after purchasing over 2 weeks ago and is still ongoing as they won t give me a refund I wouldn t even rate one star but I have to AVOID ONE BIG SCAM

False misleading advertising

This is a site based in LA and items come from China according to their custimer care I used them because I thought they were UK based Ordered on the 2nd of Dec paid 39 extra for fast delivery and here I am in Jan and gift not delivered I think trading standards need to look at this site and I will never use them again have neither received the order nor a refund

Ordered a necklace over 2 weeks ago and still haven t got anything I messaged customer services and I got told to be patient on the website it stated it takes up to 9 working business day s and still nothing Customer service was rude clearly don t know how to talk to customers I wish I read the reviews before ordering I definitely wouldn t of ordered from this company

Terrible company Ordered a personalised key ring from my wife from my kids for her Birthday said delivery within 7 days after paying for fast delivery Received 3 months later way after her birthday

Absolute tat for the price

Absolute tat for the price - REALLY cheap and nasty product I paid 25 for delivery within 2-4 business days and didn t get even nearly this service - it took about two weeks Every email I send I get an unrelated reply e g you can check your tracking here or we put lots of care into our products I will be reporting to trading standards
