I would give zero if I could and this company needs shutting down My Son who is 19 a Student who works so hard part time to earn a bit of money paid 60 for a personalised necklace for his Girlfriend he paid an extra 20 for express delivery for her Birthday Guess what it never arrived He is trying to get a refund but theres zero communication He had to buy another necklace so is out of pocket This so called company should be ashamed of theirselves having peoples hard earned money then failing to deliver the goods Disgusting
