Ordered Mothers Day gift beginning of March 23 and item has failed to arrive although their tracking app has said delivery has been completed Their customer services are asking me to go to my post office to check although their courier is listed as Hermes From looking at all the reviews I wish I d have checked on here firstly before placing order Currently on with my credit card provider and I need to give Rosefeels 15 days to come up with the goods before I can claim money back

Paid for 3 day delivery and received over a week later Customer services did not want to refund me for the premium I paid for shipping and then ended up bartering with me for what money would be sent back to me Product was awful quality avoid this company at all costs

Ordered real wood product received peeling broken pressed cardboard garbage At least one name was misspelled This company is a joke Crap ships from China and not as advertised They have a strong department that deals with credit card companies so don t waste your time that route They ask you to pay additional shipping to ship the product back to them and that suffices with the credit card companies Fraud

I would give zero if I could and this company needs shutting down My Son who is 19 a Student who works so hard part time to earn a bit of money paid 60 for a personalised necklace for his Girlfriend he paid an extra 20 for express delivery for her Birthday Guess what it never arrived He is trying to get a refund but theres zero communication He had to buy another necklace so is out of pocket This so called company should be ashamed of theirselves having peoples hard earned money then failing to deliver the goods Disgusting

0 Stars I have learnt a valuable lesson that I should check things out on here first Site has uk web address which is why I ordered had I known it was coming from China I wouldn t have bothered Ordered custom made picture for elderly grandma advertised as wood and looks like metal pieces It s all plywood tat and it s damaged I emailed them but now I ve read the reviews on here I won t hold my breath Fuming

Do not order from here I placed an order on the 16th November for a Christmas present and it has not arrived I have emailed them and they keep asking for more time and have not given me a refund even after I have requested numerous times Avoid at all costs
