I can only reiterate what other people have said on the reviews absolutely diabolical company they promised me I could return item but that was clearly not true Certainly would never use them again and I would advise nobody else does

Absolute Scammers Avoid avoid avoid I can echo the same experience Item not as described and quality was absolutely appalling Offered 30 refund and for me to keep the item claiming This choice is not only financially advantageous but also has a positive impact on the environment By avoiding returns we contribute to sustainability and a greener planet Oh do you really Especially when the returns policy at the customers expense is to return items to China My return was sent from the Post Office by a well known courier on 7th December and is now stuck at customs almost 2 months later Luckily I paid for insurance with the courier for the value of the item so hope to get some recompense through them but the communication with them is also proving difficult Roseley not London Absolutely fuming

I don t need to add much here to reiterate what others have said Company based in China not the UK despite having all the hallmarks Sub par item delivered too late for the event probably wouldn t have worn it anyway given high risk of flashing due to poor cut Tried to get a full refund but they only offered 30 after an interesting email exchange and some fun attempts at persuasion on their part thanks Anna Cutting my losses and taking the 30 as I didn t pay a lot and the 70 they re keeping should cover at least 50 000 more items of the same kind and probably some wages Maybe I ll make a flag out of the dress

STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHOCKING COMPANYI would rate them zero if possible The clothing has no resemblance to those they advertise and are third-rate They pretend they are London based but they are a shoddy backstreet factory in China The items took 6 weeks to arrive and they were unwearable I was absolutely shocked when I opened the package I complained and ask for a return address which they did not give me I found a return address on the packaging which was a Unit in Southall and the post office confirmed delivery and showed that the parcel was signed for but they denied receiving it and refused to give me my money back AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS- THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Not going to go into detail because it pretty much echos what everyone has said Took over a month to arrive only 30 refund offer but have to pay to return it anyway so you re not actually getting any refund Colour of the dress I ordered did not look like it did on website you can also purchase the same dress off tik tok shop for like 13 and it actually arrives on time Wish I had checked co-pilot before should probably rethink the name as well as it comes from china not London

I really wanted to give a zero rating but not allowed Should have read the reviews before ordering Ordered 2 shirts One ok and one damaged Sent photos as requested but only offered 30 refund How can this be right Not a London company at all Utterly abhorrent DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY

Awful company - goods took ages to arrive then not as described and poorly finished Had to send a video to get any action Then offered various discounts off future poducts Paid 25 to return item to china out of principle it is now stuck in customs china and I am supposed to pay 24 56 further to get is dispacthed them them AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Zero stars this company sell cheap nasty products and make it very difficult to return you get 30 discount if you complain a lot otherwise you have to pay shipping TO CHINA not London Avoid at all costs and don t look to credit card company for help as this company are sneaky and don t give to an invoice describing your product so you have no recourse Even though webdite says clearly what you get you don t Please somebody shut them down
