if i could give minus stars i would this company is a complete sham and shouldn t be allowed to trade under these circumstances buyer beware

Avoid at all cost complete scammers item arrived after about 8 weeks and it was awful quality Return process is shocking no paperwork provided to return they email with options of discounts on further products When they finally give you an address to return it is in china and they expect you to pay for the return not worth the time effort and cost I just need to put down to experience but do not EVER consider buying from this company

Terrible company makes it look like they are based in London when the goods come from China Took 5 weeks to arrive when they stated should be 7-14 days Had to pay 22 to return items to China very poor service clothes are horrible avoid at all costs

Please save yourself the time and effort by not using RoselyLondon they are shocking Received my jacket today which like all the reviews on here are cheap horrible tat Another Chinese sweatshop taking the British for a ride A big lesson for all is not to look at Facebook adverts as they use European models make us idiots believe it s quality clothing I can t even bother to ask for a refund and will drop off to local charity shop

Complete scammers STAY AWAY Products awful quality and returns refunds impossible Customer Service non existent Will offer 15 refund not full Can t return product as unclear how and seems impossible Their emails responses are on a loop and probably AI driven

Would have scored 0 if possible This company falsely advertises that it is a UK company utilising the post office to make deliveries when it actually is based in China distributing sub standard garments that are not worth 10 of the price being charged They also state that they have a Trust Pilot rating of 4 5 when officially it is a 1 Took six weeks for the product to be delivered which was too late for my holiday would not let me cancel and when delivered the product was of very poor standard and nothing like advertised When I tried to arrange a return they done everything to avoid this occurring including trying to blackmail into accepting a 30 discount and then stated I would have to return to China at my cost before a return could be given These people are fraudulently trading and give the impression they are a UK company and delivery and returns are easy and this could not be further from the truth Avoid at all cost

Goods late arriving significant problems with return no refund receivedI would urge anyone not to purchase anything from this company s website They portray their company as being based in the UK but sadly this is not true My only regret is that I didn t check the company s reputation on trust pilot before ordering and trying to recieve a refund for the returned goods

Zero stars Didn t realise the items were coming from China so arrived late and look NOTHING like the website pictures Awful quality and now proving impossible to return Absolute waste of money Should have read these reviews before ordering

Stay well clear and do not order from there items were poor quality and they make it too difficult for you to return items for a refund RIP off merchants selling rubbish don t bother with them

Avoid buying from this company at all costs I agree with all the reviews that support the experience I have had I very much regret not reading the reviews prior to purchase The item was nothing like photo on website of very poor quality They are disingenuous coercive Despite advertising a policy of a full refund they make it impossible to return items I supplied tracking info photographic evidence of the item having been delivered to their London based facility this address was printed on the delivery parcel as a return address It is very frustrating that this company appears to be able to trade in the UK with impunity I agree with the reviewer who suggests their customer services is run by AI I wish there was something to be done to stop this company trading in such an overtly dishonest way I have advised them that I intend to progress my complaint through Trading Standards quoted the Sale of Goods Act 1979 2018 The Consumer Rights Act 2015 I m absolutely incensed that they can rip us all off in such a blatant manner
