Avoid buying from this company

Avoid buying from here terrible communication I ordered a dress which is totally unwearable as the left sleeve has been sewn in upside down i e the sleeve faces upwards I myself am a dressmaker so I know it cannot be rectified Rosyday have not replied to 2 emails as I have requested a total refund The manufacturer in China has offered only a 50 refund which I am not accepting as the dress istotally no good what so ever to me or anyone else as it cannot be worn DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THIS IS NOT A UK COMPANY THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR

Scam

Ordered from this company for a Christmas present haven t recieved any confirmation and payment has been taken Contacted their customer service via email and had no response Trying to get money back do not buy from here

I received the dress the material is beyond criticism and a cloth left in the rain for days smells better-it smells awful plus all the negative reviews left on their page are always deleted I wrote to them and they don t give any answer

Not UK Based Inferior Quality No Refund

First of all Rosyday co uk is not based in the UK It is somewhere in Asia The dress sent to me was absolute rubbish see through Flimsy horrible material and not what was in the picture on the site that I bought from After a few emails looking for a refund I was told to keep the dress and they would give me half the amount paid as a refund I am sure that is illegal If I am not satisfied I am entitled to my full refund Please do not use this company The clothes are not coming from the UK Not as in the photos and they will do everything they can not to refund you Also if you google the returns address there is a food store based at that address rosyday-110044 AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid Avoid Avoid Bought a dress from Rosyday when arrived was nothing like the video or pictures online Poorly made and very thin material and if near a flame would burn immediately Now I m only being offered a 50 refund as it would cost more in shipping to send it back as its the consumers responsibility to organise this Very disappointed from start to finish

I wrote 2 emails for getting the return labels for the products I ordered 2 months ago After waiting so much time today when finally received them I was shocked to see such poor quality of the materials of the products against their Hope they will resolve my request for refund urgently
