I have ordered a blouse and dress for my vacation I leave tomorrow 18 05 and I m disappointed it hasn t turned up it was for my daughters graduation in US really unhappy as I have messaged and still no reply I should of read reviews before hand Will not order anything else in future Disgusting Service

Sadly I have to agree with most of the comments on here I ordered a dress on 24 June My order was confirmed according This has been followed by various tracking information China Uk It arrived in the UK on 3rd July and was delivered to local courier on 5th July Following this there has been 5 x Package in transit messages Unless the Courier has got terribly lost I doubt I will ever see the dress I ordered Rather disappointed

Still no sign of item

I am getting increasingly concerned looking at these awful reviews I ordered a dress almost 4 weeks ago I have checked the tracking and it arrived at LHR over a week ago All that keeps coming up is package in transit for a week now from London Heathrow where is the parcel Nothing sincrtje 30 6 Dreading seeing the item due to all these negative reviews

Beware pictures look good items when they arrive maybe not such a match

I have just received 2 dresses and a blouse after 4 weeks of waiting Yes they look similar to the items advertised however on all 3 items the fabric is described as cotton or cotton blends No not true all labels show 100 polyester or 97 polyester 3 elastane Plus inconsistent sizes ordered all same size but they re not Will keep mainly as I believe postage to return isn t cheap After leaving review had prompt contact with customer services via email and have agreed a part refund which I am happy with

I have given 3 stars as the quality of 3 out of the 4 items I ordered are good quality and as per the photo s I will give 5 stars if the company will assist me on returns as sadly they arrived too late This is so hard to navigate and not at all straight forward I have made contact and had no reply yet but I am hoping this will be straight forward when they do I will update this message with hopefully positive feedback
