Returning an item

Ordered a dress which took a while to get to me The dress is too big so I enquired and returning it Only to be told you have to pay for posting yourself Or you can get a 50 refund and just keep the item Weighing it up i said i ll keep it and get 50 back Since then i have hadno correspondence from them I have sent a further two emails but no reply The dress was only 26 but its still alot when the dress won t be worn Won t be ordering from them again

I left a review a few days ago for all i dont agree with some of the things they do offer with regards to refunds Kaus got back to me and i got a full refund he she was very helpful

Bought six dresses three don t fit

Bought six dresses - all lovely and the same size - three don t fit I want to return the three that don t fit but the two emails I ve had are automatic emails and it isn t clear about returns and refunds I would get a bigger size but they are the biggest sizes Can anyone help

No returns and no 30 refund if I kept it

I ordered a dress which was nice but too big I asked if I could send it back and was told no but I could keep it and iwould get 30 refund so I said ok but I have had no refund or heard anymore from them in spite of 3 messages to them

Don t buy from them

Don t buy from them The dresses are nothing like the pictures They re cheap and nasty I ve bought from these types of companies before they re never as good as the pictures but these are the worst I let them know I wanted to return them they offered 50 refund But I want to return them There s a return address on the delivery label but they ve said for me to return to china which is 30 I ve asked to return them to the return address in England but I m now not getting any response from them despite emailing them 5 times I m so upset because I ve now wasted a lot of money I have since written asking for the 50 refund as it will actually cost me 70 to return I haven t had a reply My order number is 58006

2 orders not received

Have placed 2 orders and still not in receipt of either I thought I was ordering from the UK or I wouldn t have bothered Reading some of the comments on here I m not sure whether I will ever receive my items Not a happy nor impressed customer at the moment hence only 2 stars

Although the service was good and fast

Although the service was good and fast delivery The dress I ordered is awful very poor quality it was like a very very cheap tshirt material I also used the measuring guide but it was way off it s enormous

I ordered two dresses and 1 blouse One dress the colours are nothing like the photo and are too vivid bright and the blouse neck line is totally different too I have sent an email to customer services to request a return but have heard nothing Very disappointed

I m having a hard time returning 2 dresses which are too small please send me an address I can send them back to for credit I love this sight and want to buy more dresses thank you Susan lamb

I have received my order from rosy day

I have received my order from rosyday which in fairness is a lovely dress but the sizing is wrong and much smaller 40 instead of 44 around the bust than I normally wear I have contacted them for an exchange and they expect me to pay and return the item to China My fear is that it will never get there and be refunded Which postal company do I use and why should it be that I pay the return when the sizing is wrong
