Where too start The quality of the garments is so bad Not at all what they look like on the online store they are cheap and shiny delivery took a longer time than expected and when I contacted them about approximate arrival I got no response Looking forward to getting returning the stock Do not use this website unless you want to be fooled into thinking that you are getting good stock

Took weeks to arrive I didn t realise it was coming from China when it did arrive it was shocking Looked nothing like the dress advertised the quality of the material was awful I asked for a refund and was told they would give me 50 refund because otherwise I would have to return it to China and it would cost me On their website they falsely advertise a returns address in the UK and it states full refunds will be given When I sent them their returns policy from their website they gave me a full refund without returning the item

Dreadful company - ordered a dress on 12th November and it never arrived The company keep emailing me to ask how the order went and ignore me when i advise it was never received Finally got a tracking number which makes no sense at all Need a refund ASAP DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Order 104549SHARE ON ALL MEDIA PLATFORMS

Rosyday is yet another mail order company which pretends to be located in the UK when in fact it is not It is based in Asia and as such it does not comply with UK trading standard legislation nor consumer rights legislation Frequently shipping substandard products which often do not arrive When purchasing online ensure it is a UK registered company with address and contact details in UK

No communication from this company based in china not the UK Order number 113354 no dress delivered so I will be going through my bank to obtain a refund

AVOID THIS COMPANY Clothes are of very bad quality and returns are impossible Returns address on website is UK based Returns address on parcel is also UK based but different When you email customers services they tell you it has to be returned to china with no invoice just post it back at your cost or you can have a partial refund When I raised the questions about having a UK website and returns address I was completely ignored

Order 114727 very alarmed to read such awful reviews unfortunately after I made my purchase Have emailed this company twice and no reply Have ordered a dress and I am not able to track it At one point it said it had been delivered and now it only says ready to ship I will be reporting this site as fraudulent to my bank if I m continually ignored
