Further to my review I ve had an email advising that my item is in transit To be fair I expected it to take some time but was confused when I got an email asking me to review my order At least I got a response so fingers crossed it arrives - UPDATE 13 12 23 still not arrived Emailed customer services still waiting for a response

Waited ages for goods

Waited ages for goods when they turned up the garments are supposed to be 2xl size they are so small the dresses would not go over my shoulders Contacted Customer Services and they have offered me a partial refund and keep the goods The goods are no good to me so I am trying to get a better amount of refund Not answered e mails yet Terrible companyAfter saying the above the company settled very quickly and I am happy with the refund but will not be ordering anything else

Be prepared for returns to China

Unfortunately like most people I have been caught out by thinking this was a UK company with a reputable returns policy 1 item was absolute rubbish but on contacting the company I was told to return the item to China even though it was delivered from an address in the UK At a cost of over 9 00 with no guarantee it would ever be received I opted for a 50 refund so I feel conned Will not be ordering again

I ordered 3 dress form Rosyday They arrived after 3 weeks which was acceptable However the dresses looked nothing like the images Fabric was ok but the cut and design was very poor At the time I did not realise that the dresses were coming from China or I would not have purchased them The photos and videos for advertising purposes is none comparable with the actual product Somewhat disappointed

Terrible business practices Ordered two dresses unfortunately they were too small Asked for instructions to return They are trying to negotiate a partial refund Just an update today 23 5 24 I have received a full refund still a shame the dresses didn t fit

This company is based in China

This company is based in China I ordered a dress and blouse which in the description said cotton blends When they arrived they are made from polyester and spandex Do not buy from this company as they are totally misleading customers The goods also take 4 weeks to arrive I will be reporting them to Trading Standards Despite their reply saying their customer service would contact me within 48 hours it s now been 4 days and I ve heard nothing Dreadful service

Avoid

I ordered a christmas jumper and have not received it yet I emailed and got a reply saying it was being processed I asked them to give me a full refund as it wouldn t be here for when I needed it I have not received another email from customer service I did however receive an email to say its been shipped today This us not what I wanted They received an email from me 2 days before it was shipped to cancel my order I WANT A FULL REFUND ASAP Doubt I will get a refund after reading these reviews Avoid this company
