Robust British made so parts accessible Good customer service throughout
Purchased on recommendation of my hot spa technician as I already have several as this is a holiday business British made therefore British parts and more easily accessible Also tubs are robust Excellent customer service delivery Cute duo spa quick to fill and heat up with the larger 3kw heater Coloured lights and partial lock and full lock built into the controls to stop fingers of either children or guests fiddling Light cover to lift and also purchased a lid lifter So far so good with my new purchase

Fantastic service and product
Great company to deal with and the guys Nas and John that delivered and installed the hot tub were helpful and did a great job Explained all the functions and explained the chemicals and how to check levels etc Overall fantastic service and great product The hot tub itself is exactly what I wanted

My response to RotospaThank you for the courtesy call first class customer service New Filter and Heater in all operational It was fairly easy to do I would like to get the Wi-Fi unit for it next If any issues we will be using Rotospa directly because there s not many manufacturers out there that will follow with a courtesy call to their customers when they know you have purchased a secondhand unit Lee was informative understanding and explained how I should proceed with the repair I was also advised about safety which I thought was excellent No hard sell just good guidance and care all round My custom will be tied to you now over this Massive thank you for getting me up and running the spa is awesome

It was a great experience from beginning to end Gareth the sales person at melbicks Garden Centre who gave us every confidence in our choice of spa hot tub a rotospa orbis to Mat in the delivery section To the father and son team who set it all up and showed me how the chemicals worked and which functions where which Everyone was polite nice and very kind to me Since starting to use it I have seen many improvements to my joint stiffness Thank you everyone for making this experience so smooth and enjoyable
