Ordered 3 items weeks ago had to chase them only to be told my order was held up as one item was out of stock No contact to explain this to me had to choose an alternative well there was only one other item in stock so not much to choose from still waiting a week later no contact no delivery Terrible customer service will never use again

I think the company isn t truthful about the products On the website it said it was made in Australia however when I got my package it said it was made in China I tried to ask them about this but they never replied to me I am very disappointed with the customer service I don t want to accuse them of lying its just marketing i guess

F you stating on the site that ALL PRODUCTS CONTAIN 925 STERLING SILVER and I order a small product and it has nothing inside of it Doesn t specify that in the smaller ones there isn t If it says ALL PRODUCTS I should be able to buy with confidence If I had known then I would ve bought a MASSIVE Yankee for 15 not one of these poxy things smells like sh too Totally livid

Ordered a scrub for my birthday as I had always seen the gorgeous rings finally received it and my partner and I were utterly dissapointed the ring looked like one you d find in a shopping mall 1 machine cheap plastic when we went to the appraisal said it was worth 195 which we completely think is false partner has already said he will never order from here again as the look on my face said it all when I took out the ring the quality of a 90 ring at pandora is better than something they say costs almost 200

Bought two candles both rings are broken one is so bent I can t wear it shouldn t be called a ring and the other one was missing stones still in the package and the stone wasn t in the package either What a rip of at 65 a candle do not buy from here I certainly will not be again I guess there is a reason they have no comment on social media it s from deleting the fact this company is a scam so much for high quality

Candle standard nothing impressive The reason I m writing this is because I spent 60 and got a ring that was bent out of shape looked so cheap that my husband said it looked like I got it from one of those coin games and after 4 hours of wearing it I was washing my face and a stone fell out and went down the drain I wish I saw the reviews on this page before purchasing

I have recently purchased a whipped soap in orange slices by royal essence on amazon on 15th july 2022 opened it today it was awful the smell was terrible it didn t even smell of oranges i used it to clean floor instead in shower not great the ring was terrible nothing to get too excited about it said it was worth 69 no way is that true its a fake ring that i have received it looks like a cats eye stone in blue but on the edges there is spray marks like as if they sprayed the gem and forgot the edges real gem stones don t get sprayed or have missing colouration on the edges where the stone sits there s a clump of metal left behind where it should be just a hole looks like its been dipped in cheap silver paint and a bit of it been left behind and hardened over and then put a fake price and stamp it as sterling silver very disappointed as this is the 1st time I ve been let down by your surprises and products I sooner rather have a new whipped soap ring surprise sent out as a replacement due to being let down and my money gone down drain

Absolutely a rip off off a company ordered a body scrub and a candle a had order confirmation and a email confirmation confirming dispatch and a week later nothing arrive when emailed them then then confirmed 1 item was out of stock how is that possible after confirming it was dispatched they could of at least honoured the order with a different scent candle instead no apologies jus a refund and a upset child as she asked for it for a gift

These people are absolute con artists Two of the candles I ordered arrived and when I opened one it fell apart smashed all over my bed and cut my leg Had to throw out my bed sheet as no way was glass coming fully out I threw them in the bin and contacted the company It took them days to reply and they tell me one of the items is now out of stock and to pick another Still days later and no update I had also gotten two bath bombs with rings in so I used these and got the rings They are NOT sterling silver they are absolutely lying I might actually take a case against them because I m sick of this bs nowadays The rings made my fingers green within a few days Sterling silver will never do that I ve gotten candles before and they don t even burn properly they tunnel The company seem to think they re doing you a favour giving you crap jewellery because other companies charge that amount for the candle alone without the ring No they don t and you re not a well renowned and trusted company either I m disgusted and I m going to post a video to my social media as I have thousands of followers Don t use this company Also the quote for the RRP price is utter nonsense I ve been buying sterling silver rings for years that don t turn my fingers green funnily enough and I ve only ever paid a max of 20 Total nonsense that they cost 100
