How is it possible that I order two products from Amazon that are stated WITH jewellery and they both came WITHOUT I have used emptied both products and looked thoroughly and I m so disappointed What a joke It was the bubblegum whipped soap and lemon bath crumble

NEVER RECIEVED PRODUCTS BUYER BEWARE I purchased back in jan and was advised back then my order was on its way I then had my twins and was in nicu unit forn4 weeks day in and day out so was the last thing on my mind and was never recieved Fast forward 8 months later i recieved an email that my order was on its way again when questioning postage i was told that it already been recieved and to follow up and lodge a query with auspost I lodged this with both nz post royal essance and auspost Auspost and nzpost responsed advising that the sender needs to query the delivery in order for them to be provided with the information and POD i have provided screenshots from both auspost and nzpost to royal essence and have been ignored I have just reiceved another email from auspost advising the sender never lodged a query and after numerous emails and follow ups im now being ignored My money has been stolen Their response and lack of resolution is disgusting I will continue to post reviews on all sites for royal essence reviews until such time as a resolution has been completed 15 10 - Email has been sent in response to contacting via wwwroyalessencecomau contact request

Okay to start with I was really excited to get it and it got here fine But the scrub barely works it all falls off immediately and the bath soap is all lumpy and doesn t soap up properly On top of that the smell doesn t even stay and washes away with the water I was expecting something great but it was horrible I wouldn t even give it one star Now onto the jewellery it s fake not even worth a pound it looks like something for children it felt like plastic and some of the jewels were missing and was 100 a scam I would NOT recommend this to anyone as it s not worth the money and you may as well buy something real for less And get proper worth your money from somewhere like the body shop

IF THERE WERE NO STARS ID CLICK IT DO NOT BUY FROM THESE A SURPRISE JEWELLERY THAT OFTEN BREAKS THEY PROMISE A REPLACEMENT PRETEND ITS BEEN SENT YOU DONT RECEIVE ANYTHING THEY THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SEND A PICTURE OF SOMEONE ELSES DOOR WITH A PACKAGE IN TELLING YOU ITS YOUR FRONT DOOR PATHETIC AVOID AND THEN WHEN YOU CONFRONT THEM THEY BLAME ROYAL MAIL GPS THE JUST OF IT IS THEY ARE RUBBISH AND NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR WHAT THEY SAY LIARS

Having received one candle as a present and loved it I bought another for myself that came with a free gift The gift wasn t automatically added to my order so contacted customer services and problem was resolved no issues at all I have since ordered another candle that has not arrived over a week later I ve contacted customer services about this twice just to find out where my order is and had no reply whatsoever So far no product or answer as to if when it will be delivered Very disappointed when the service I received initially was so great

I purchased an opal bath bomb with an opal ring I picked Opal as it s my friends birth stone the original ring was faulty as stone came out was sent another ring but it wasn t opal was some random gem - I emailed and they replied with thisFor the replacement it will also be a lucky dip as we cannot replace as like for like ring Thanks for understanding I asked to escalade the problem but have been ignored and have heard nothing back from the company - I know the rings are random but to have a completely different stone I understand when you purchase an opal product you get an opal stone

It s very cute the bath bomb and incredible for naive teenagers RRP price they deem as 86 but reality 5 and if I suspect correctly mass produced so realistically 1 for the earrings The person I purchased for is highly allergic to anything but sterling silver So I ll get the antihistamine ready the trip to A E to remove them and chalk it down to experience Best sticking with a lush bath Bomb for 5 and using the rest of the money on real quality jewellery It s aimed at the younger retail market for a reason they re likely to believe they have snagged a bargain Please note their justification and response is bog standard and scripted hence why they keep harping upon a ring when it clearly states I purchased Earrings

Poor seller they won t accept culpability for their mistakes advertising free gifts on all their sites adding the lower value one instead if the one you should receive and then refuse to communicate with you ordered October 3 and just secured a refund from PayPal as nothing arrived and no refund being given till I did that thru escalation service and they didn t reply to PayPal so PayPal granted the claim in my fabour Ordered the product I wanted cheaper elsewhere with good reviews and saved money order at youre peril I certainly won t trust this seller again

What a joke of a company say they use 925 sterling silver rings etc in their products but you can bug these on some sites for few quid lol over priced candles and kids plastic jewellery How many ppl are going to be caught out thinking that there is a possibility to actually receive a ring costing a few grand Stay clear buy from local businesses ppl that actually hand craft their products and put alittle love into them mass production dont give a S it s all about the money

Recently brought a bath bomb on their websites and hadn t received any emails stating that the order had been shipped or if there were any issues with the order My first order came quickly this is my second order and I m upset with the way they are handling this situation I ve emailed them twice and it s been almost a week and they still haven t responded This would be the last time I order from them Disappointed
